Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR professional looking to make an impact? Our organisation is seeking an HR Coordinator to handle a variety of administrative duties, support the recruitment process, and help grow the company’s talent pipeline.
📍 Location: Johor Bahru
🏢 Work Model: On-Site (5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
🔎 Recruitment Support – Source candidates, conduct background checks, assist in shortlisting, and issue employment contracts
📂 HR Administration – Maintain personnel records (payroll, personal details, leaves, turnover, etc.)
👥 Employee Experience – Assist with onboarding, orientations, and responding to HR inquiries
📅 HR Coordination – Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
💡 Collaboration – Liaise with payroll, benefits, and other departments
