Velesto Energy Berhad is currently looking for potential candidates to fill in below position urgently:
1) Senior Manager/ Manager, Compensations & Benefits.
- Must have good leadership skills together with hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits and Payroll.
- Develop and evolve an organization’s pay scale and structure
- Determine competitive wage rates and change as necessary
- Ensure that the company's pay scale complies with changing state and federal laws and regulations
- Oversee the distribution of pay to employees
- Work with managers to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees
- Develop a department budget and keep operations within that budget
- Oversee compensation and payroll support team.
2) Senior Manager/ Manager, Organizational Development.
- Must have good leadership skills together with hands-on experience in Training & Organization Development .
- Encompasses the full spectrum of Organizational Development (OD); Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and other key HR Projects.
- Engage stakeholders on organizational design which is aligned to business strategy
- Work with business and corporate leads to analyse, understand and develop necessary programmes / systematic interventions to inculcate high performing culture throughout all levels in the Company.
- Assist SBU Heads in formulating and determining Key Performance Indicators (KPI) when necessary
- Determine proper correctional methods for employees with deviating performance results. Undertake complete correctional Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) or guided counselling exercise (notification, outcome proposals, follow through to exit, when necessary).
- Develop, implement and gauge effectiveness of customized training curriculum to enforce high performance culture.
- Develop, plan, implement and translate organizational and employee surveys, emphasizing key areas to concentrate to ensure optimum impacts after the exercise.
- Understand business developmental needs and assist SBUs to plan and implement annual training needs reviews, budget.
- Focal person to promote and roll out Company’s Core Values, Ethics and Integrity to the masses.
- Actively engaged with development and implementation of specific people developmental programmes.
