We are actively looking for several positions to fill in the role at PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn. Berhad.
Positions and job description:
1. District Cooling System - responsible to monitor the district cooling plant, ensuring a reliable supply of chilled water to all components at Merdeka 118 precinct.
2. Car Park Supervisor - managing day-to-day car park operations and adequate car park personnel on duty, proper traffic flow circulation, safety and performance of car park equipment and system.
3. Car Park Assistant - assist Car Park Supervisor to ensure smooth, safe and secure car park operations and to provide customer service assistance to the car park patrons in a polite and friendly manner.
4. Car Park Technical Exec - assist the Car Park Manager in managing the maintenance and performance of car park equipment and system.
5. Safety Marshall - First Responder to investigate on Fire Alarm System (FAS) activation or life and fire emergency complying with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within the area of responsibilities.
6. ERT Supervisor - to act as first responder at the scene for any emergency/incident at the Merdeka 118 precinct.
7. Fire Control Room Technician - responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining the Building Management/Security/Fire Alarm Systems (FCR & BMS) including any relevant subsystems/ technology solutions at an optimum level.
8. IT Technician - responsible for maintaining IT asset management processes to ensure comprehensive asset planning and monitoring for quality across the lifecycle of the asset.
9. System Supervisor - responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining the Security & IT Management System including monitoring BMS and FCR systems and any relevant subsystems/ technology solutions at an optimum level.
10. Building Management System - responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining the Building Management/Security/Fire Alarm Systems (FCR & BMS) including any relevant subsystems/ technology solutions at an optimum level.
Requirement:
● At least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Medical Assistant/Safety & Health/IT Management and other related field
● Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related area
● Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral
● Candidates with a relevant competency certificate are highly recommended.

ReplyDeleteKami orang Cina sangat tidak berpuas hati dengannya kerana kali terakhir dia menipu ramai orang Cina kami di Kepong. Sekarang, ramai orang kami tahu dia penipu IC dan mengumpul IC untuk melakukan penipuan.
Ini menjadikan masyarakat Cina kita sangat malu dan berkualiti rendah di Malaysia. Hari ini, semua orang tahu tentang apa yang berlaku di Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong. Sebaliknya, dia perlu menutup pejabat peguam itu kerana semua orang tahu dia seorang peguam palsu.
