Role:
Lead the formulation and administration of system development operation strategies, including the system enhancements, software release, and production support aligned with CCOB’s business objectives
Skills and Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
2. 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
3. 5+ years of technical leadership experience, with at least 2 years managing development teams.
4. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc) and able to onboard new languages easily.
5. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) and microservices architecture.

Job Descriptions
• Responsible to provide full spectrum
of HR function such as recruitment, performance management, leave management,
contracts or letter issuance and other HR functions.

Job Requirements
