We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to support our HR department. The role involves handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
1. Help with recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Keep employee records updated, including attendance, leave, and new hire details.
3. Prepare and distribute HR documents like offer letters and contracts.
4. Manage statutory requirements such as SOCSO and EPF.
5. Process payroll and benefits accurately and on time.
6. Answer employee questions about HR policies and benefits.
7. Handle matters related to foreign workers, such as work permits and insurance.
8. Work with other departments to address HR-related needs.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or similar.
2. Experience as an HR Admin or in a similar role. (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
3. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to handle confidential information carefully.
7. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
