KUFPEC (Malaysia) is recruiting suitable candidates to fill up the following positions on contract basis:
Position
Receptionist and Admin Assistant
Qualification
A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Secretarial or Administration studies or related studies.
Experience
A minimum of 4 years’ experience and excellent in English
Major Duties
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on Management behalf
- Answering phone calls, receiving visitors, and ensuring their comfort
- Arranging all necessary travelling for all employees in Malaysia Area Office
- Manages several Company contracts for phones, parking and printing services
- Provides new employees, secondees and contractors with building inductions
- Coordinates for office renovations, equipment repairs when and as required
- Coordinate for the building, furniture and office equipment cleaning and maintenance and maintains records of the same
- Monitoring and handling employee welfare (marriage, newborn etc)
- Updating the office staff contact number
- Coordinate on an occasional basis for social functions, farewell and special event conducted by the Country Manager
- Coordinates for the gift, souvenirs, as requested and assist the Company participation in local conferences and exhibitions
- To liaise and arrange with Company driver for collection and dispatching of any necessary documents
- Liaise with external parties such as government authorities, partners, and auditors.
