Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend improvements to support our company’s goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Assists in the identification and analysis of business requirements and systems specifications.
Act as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle.
Conducts feasibility studies and analyses on the risk and benefits of proposed solutions.
Assists with translating business requirements into functional specifications, and document specifications.
Evaluate the ability of an existing system to support proposed changes and identify system deficiencies and performance gaps.
Supports users on change control and systems updates and User Acceptance Testing and integration testing by the implementation plan.
