We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team at Masimo Medical Technologies, Pasir Gudang, Johor!

About the Role: As the HR Administrator, you will be reporting to me and your responsibilities will include:

• Benefits administration: Assisting with employee benefit programs.
• Recruitment: Supporting the hiring process until onboarding.
• HR Policies: Helping with the development and communication of company policies.
• Employee engagement: Contributing to initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
• HRIS and attendance management: Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• General HR administration: Handling day-to-day HR tasks to keep the department running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR
• An individual with a passion for HR and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar HR role
• Able to communicate in Malay and English
