We are urgently hiring Sales Coordinator Cum Receptionist to be based in Rawang, Selangor.
Salary: Up to RM 1,500 + OT
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM in any fields.
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales administration, clerical or other relevant fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Malaysians only.
Job Description:
- Prepare paper works related to purchase orders from sales department.
- Perform administrative tasks such as developing and maintaining a proper filing system.
- Answer phone calls and transfer them accordingly.
