I am looking for Admin Assistant;
1) Responsible for daily administration operation for admin department.
2) Knowledge of E-Perolehan & Tender process.
3) Handle the quotation process, Agreements, purchase order, delivery order, invoices and operations related documents.
4) Ensure reminders, renewal of contract, termination and documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreements.
5) Assist and handle customer inquiries regarding the Agreements.
6) Handle all administrative works such as filing, photocopying, printing, sending out correspondences and etc.
7) Identify and discuss with superior on problem/outstanding cases and how to resolve them.
8) Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when its required.
Location : SS15 Subang Jaya
Business : Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing (Photocopier Machines)
For this position, preferably male candidates as the person will be communicating and meeting with the boss daily to discuss about tender.
