Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant • Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Must be good in MS office, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. May also have basic knowledge in accts.
