✅ Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER)
✅ Performance Management
✅ HR Analytics, MIS & Reporting
✅ HR Operations Excellence

We are seeking a change agent who is passionate about transforming HR into a more efficient strategic partner, data-driven, and employee-centric function. 

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, bringing experience in redesigning processes, implementing systems, automating workflows, and driving continuous improvements across the employee lifecycle.
