Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for a Data Modeler to support insurance-related data projects.

Job Scope
✅ Design and maintain data models for insurance business needs
✅ Convert business requirements into clear data structures
✅ Ensure data models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with standards

Key Responsibilities
✅ Work with business teams to understand requirements
✅ Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
✅ Analyze data and suggest improvements
✅ Document data models and definitions
✅ Work with Data Engineers and IT teams to implement solutions
✅ Ensure data meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
✅ Support data warehouse and data lake initiatives
✅ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling (insurance experience preferred)
✅ Knowledge of ACORD is an advantage
✅ Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
✅ Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner)
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
✅ Able to work independently and meet deadlines
