HR Executive (Foreign Worker Management)
📍 Based in Malaysia | Xinmed Sdn. Bhd. (Senai Airport City, SAC)
We’re hiring an HR Executive to handle the end-to-end process of foreign workers – from recruitment, permits, and documentation to welfare and compliance.

What you’ll do:
✔ Manage recruitment & documentation of foreign workers
✔ Liaise with Immigration, JTK, KDN & agencies
✔ Handle permits, medical, insurance & accommodation
✔ Ensure compliance with labour laws & regulations

What we’re looking for:
✅ Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or related field
✅ 2–3 years’ HR experience (foreign worker management preferred)
✅ Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws
✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
