🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
▪️ Proven experience in a similar HRBP or senior HR generalist role
▪️ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
▪️ Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
