📍 Location: Menara YTL, Bukit Bintang
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about HR operations? Join our team as an Assistant Executive, HR, where you'll play a key role in keeping our HR processes and documentation running smoothly.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
• Support day-to-day HR operations including data entry, filing & tracking
• Assist with claims and benefit processing
• Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required
• Provide administrative support to the HR operations
🔹 Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Admin, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
