🧠 Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
📚 Solid knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, codes, and standards.
🛠️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:-

Data Management (Human Resource)
·      Update and maintain employee database, employee information and other HR-related data in each employee personal files and HRIS system.
·      Maintained proper HR & Admin database, record keeping and filing system.
·      Maintain Admin email and disseminate information to the related parties/PIC.
·      Assist superior to compile data for statistical reports for monthly departmental review.
 
Employee Claim & Leave Management

·      Monitor daily attendance, understand the reason of absences and tardiness, and report any habitual or misconduct.
 
Office Maintenance and Office Facilities (Administration)
·      Oversee group insurance policies covering companies’ property & vehicle.
·      Ensure all office facilities such as meeting room and its equipment, all M&E systems are in good condition.
·      Ensure office supply including courier and stationery is always available.
·      To assist in various work coordination, general administrative works and documentations.
·      Maintain cleanliness and tardiness of the office shared area (meeting rooms, discussion room, pantry etc.) including liaise with external parties.
·      Execute yearly order and distributing corporate items such as uniforms, diaries, corporate gifts, etc.
·      Maintain company vehicle maintenance such as renewal of insurance and road tax 1 months before expiry.
