🌱 Key Responsibilities

As a SHE Engineer, you will be responsible for:

✅ Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
⚠️ Conducting risk assessments and developing effective hazard control measures.
📋 Designing and implementing SHE policies, procedures, and training programs.
🔍 Leading investigations into incidents and identifying root causes with actionable solutions.
🎓 Delivering safety training for staff and contractors.
🚨 Preparing and updating emergency response plans.
🔎 Conducting internal SHE audits and compliance reviews.
🗣️ Communicating critical safety information to all stakeholders.
🏗️ Collaborating in project reviews to ensure designs meet safety standards.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety field.
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
🧠 Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
📚 Solid knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, codes, and standards.
🛠️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
