Job Opportunity: Human Resources and Administration Executive

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits, HR reports, leave management, group hospitalization and personal accident insurance, medical expenses, and all other HR related matters.
• Responsible for complete payroll functions from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting and audit request by external auditors.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment and manpower planning processes, including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining candidate records.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees by preparing required documents and forms, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Prepare HR-related documentation, such as announcements, memos, policy drafts, offer letters, employment contracts, confirmations, and warning letters, and ensure proper exit procedures for departing employees.
• Maintain and update accurate employees' personal files and databases in a timely manner, ensuring confidently.
• Coordinate, monitor and ensure performance appraisal and confirmation reviews are completed and compiled for annual performance evaluation process, including tracking and documentation.
• Responsible for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line with business needs and in accordance with local labor legislations. Communicate changes in policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances and disciplinary actions, fairly and consistently.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and coordinate in any company event and activities.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field of compensation and benefit.
• Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft application.
• Well organized, detailed-oriented and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeless.
• Ability to maintain high confidentially at all time with integrity.
• Good interpersonal relation skill, able to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Proficient in HRIS -Google Suite, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Infotech HRMS.

Working Hour:
08:00am - 17:00pm / 09:00am - 18:00pm (Monday to Friday)
