Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Diploma in Software Business Administration/ Information Technology/ Computer Science, with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Good IT documentation skillset.
- Analytical skills in resolving problems and able to multitask and work independently.
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Willing to be based at Bangi, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer G-Suite Admin Centres / Microsoft 365.
- Resolve IT support requests and provide helpdesk support to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, and guidelines.
- Provide employees with cybersecurity and IT awareness training.
