Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or any related field and minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
- Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and related regulatory requirements.
- Willing to be based at Bangi, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interview techniques; handle recruitment administration including offer letters and induction briefings.
- Handle employee and industrial relations matters, attend to employee grievances, and provide guidance.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented according to Malaysia labour laws and advise management on employee relations issues.
- Implement and conduct performance management to align with organizational goals and standards.
- Support the processing of monthly payroll, manage statutory payments (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/LHDN), and handle HR administrative tasks.
