I am looking for HR Assistant that will be able to start work by October 2024.
Job responsibilities;
1) Handle end-to-end recruitment process
2) Facilitate onboarding/offboarding process for the employees
3) Assist and handle monthly payroll and checking claim submission by employees
4) Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
5) Organize internal and external training session
6) Responsible for HR documentation and administration such as employment contract, salary adjustment, transfer, attendance, leave administration and etc.
7) Able to conduct daily philosophy with employees
8) Handle other general affairs task.
Office : KYOCERA Document Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd
Location : SS15, Subang Jaya, Selangor
Salary Range : RM 2,200 - RM 2,700
