Position: Secretary
Salary: Up to RM 5,000

Must-have requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in PA/Confidential Secretary/Executive Secretary role
• Diploma holder in any business discipline, preferably related to Business Administration will be an added advantage
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to perform/work under pressure, independent and strong team player
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels
• Experience in preparing Minutes of Meeting will be an added advantage
Job Purpose:
1. Provide secretarial support to Head by managing schedule, organizing meetings, travelling and appointments by engaging with the relevant parties to ensure schedules are run smoothly & calendar appointments are up to date.
2. Assist in conducting research, compile data and prepare notes, documents for review and presentation by Head.
3. Provides administrative support by managing claims, staff leaves & other systems approval
4. Communicate and correspond with management teams, staff and external parties on behalf of Head.
5. Set up and up keep filling system and archives system for all reports and project related deliverables.
6. Compose and prepare official and confidential reports, correspondences and minutes of meeting in efficient manner.
7. As the Secretary for meetings when required by superior.
8. Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and organizations.
9. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and carry out their distribution.
