HR Assistant (Talent Acquisition)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct the physical test for candidates.
- Support the interview session for operator position.
- Handle the administrative task of recruitment activities.
- Support the foreign worker's documentation, attendance and billing as and when required.
Prepare monthly HR statistics report.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or any related disciplines from reputable education institution with minimum CGPA 3.0.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in time management, writing report, statistics, documentation and interviewing skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Basic knowledge Ms Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
