Position: Admin cum Accounting Executive
Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Well-versed in using all Microsoft Applications.
• Have knowledge in Accounting and SQL system is an added advantage.
• Malaysian only.
• Able to start immediately.
Job Description:
• Managing the delivery schedule and arrangements.
• Managing the office operations that includes office essential supplies, weekly cleaners and handling visitors.
• To monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Update of stock inventory, details and pricing in SQL System.
• To work on ad-hoc duties or project as assigned by superior or management from time-to-time.
