I'm currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a reputable Manufacturing organization based in Nilai. This role offers a great working culture and attractive benefits.
Those preferred should have the following:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Masters in HR-related field.
2. Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment of at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Prerequisite to have experience in handling payroll software systems, Orisoft, HR2000 & Bossnet.
4. Good knowledge of Compensation and Benefits Management.
5. Possess strong Project Management skills.
6. Ability to work at both a Strategic and Operational level.
