SUPERMARKET MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

PUSAT BORONG MATAHARI (SHAH ALAM) SDN BHD – Shah Alam 

1) Candidate must possess at least Degree / Higher Diploma in any discipline from a Local / Overseas university

2) NO WORKING EXPERIENCE is needed

3) Must willing to work in the selling floor of Hypermarket

4) Successful candidate will be trained to lead and manage an assigned department of the Supermarket

5) Candidate will be trained to master all knowledge and skill sets and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for various departments of the supermarket ranging from product knowledge, stock display, stock ordering & stock level control, manpower deployment and supervision, etc

6) Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidate will be post as assistant supervisor/supervisor of a department in various supermarket outlets of the Group in Klang Valley

7) Very good career advancement opportunity for young graduates to gain necessary supervisory and operational knowledge and skill set for management positions in the retail industry
