Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound & outbound calls
- Provide solutions to customers
- Ensure feedback & unresolved cases are channeled to Customer Support team for case resolution.
Requirements:
- SPM and above with or without call center experience
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job details :
- Joining date : 23 August 2021
- Working days : 5 days with 2 days off (Rotational Basis) - Once go live
- Working hours : Shift Rotational Basis
- Contract duration : 3 Months
- Training : 3 days upon joining date
- Total working hours :
3 hrs/ day – Work From Home
5 hrs/ day - Working at office (upon request - if needed)
- Payment Rate Training & Go Live: RM13/hour **
