1. Personal Assistant (PJ)
· Strong communication, written and PR skills with all levels
· Very good in following up on pending matters
· As a middle person in dealing with any operations matters when necessary on behalf of Group Executive Director
· Ability to do data analysis at the capacity of Manager
· Must have knowledge in IT, HR and preferably in Finance
2. Senior Executive, Human Resource (PJ)
· Good communication and written skills
· Good in following up on pending matters and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in all HR areas (generalist)
· Experience in payroll will be an advantage
3. Business Analyst (Bandar Saujana Putra)
· To gather, consolidate, interpret and analyse data
· To provide solution for improvement of service and work process
· To understand on delegated objectives
· To run meeting with stakeholders
· To prepare documentation and writing reports
· Good communication and written skills
