Job Description :
· Understand the department goals as to meet monthly financial budget
· Consistently maintain service delivery quality as per service level agreement
· Ensure customer request and needs fullfilled
· Review and evaluate all loan applications
· Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all information
· Ensure daily KPI set by the Management on the number of applications processed and turnaround time is met
· Ensure the authenticity of each document received to avoid any fraudulent cases

Job Requirement :
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
· Good writing and analytical skill
· Good attitude and willing to grow with the bank
· Fresh Grad are encourage to apply
