Senior Executive, Human Resource (Cyberjaya)

Job purpose
Specialist in performance management, compensation and benefits. In addition of providing support in other related human resource functions.

Job Description
· Design, implement and manage the Performance Management System for the company.
· Conduct research and benefits comparison study for department.
· Provide support in reviewing Human Resource policies and Standard Operation Procedure (“SOP”).
· Provide HRMS support to Human Resource Department.
· Provide support in recruitment activity.
· Responsible for the department’s filing system, which includes employee personal files.
· Administration of employees’ scheme of service, which includes processing of employees’ compensation and benefits programme
· Administration of all employee related insurance coverage
· Organise employee engagement activities on monthly/quarterly basis.

Requirements
a. Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource or equivalent
b. At least 2-3 years working experience in related field.
c. Knowledge and application of employment laws, statutory requirements and policies
