Position : HR cum Admin
Location : Cyberjaya
Salary : Up to RM2,000.00
• Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required and preparing document
• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
• General office management such as ordering stationery or keep stock of office supplies and place order when necessary.
• To perform any other ad-hoc job duties as assigned when required.
• Prepares HR documentation with careful attention to both legal requirements and appropriate HR practice; update and maintain employees' database, information and to organize proper filing and record keeping.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Responsible, positive attitude, mature and independent.
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
• Must possess own transport
