Advertising & Promotion Assistant Manager/Manager
Job Description:
Planning seasonal shooting events, seasonal video, etc
Liaise with all suppliers for all related costing (i.e. models, stylists, agencies, props/ poster/ hoarding/ bunting/ light box suppliers, media company, etc)
Planning A&P yearly budget and ensure all expenditure are well kept in within approved budget
Planning all posters and light box installation matters (i.e. confirming the dates to suit all brands launching timing)
Dealing with media on all media relation (i.e. interviews for directors, providing company’s information, etc)
Proofread all communication materials before it’d being release
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies for the group
Spearhead and oversee Social Media section by proofreading the content before posting, to plan and approved all social media related expenditure.
Oversee Purchasing section by approving all non-trade items used, confirming it’s costing with suppliers, approving costing etc.
