Job Description

1.    Assess training needs for various level of employees
2.    Establish and align  training plans for all levels of employees based on company strategic goals
3.    Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses
4.    Establish “Train the Trainer Program” and teach training methods and skills to supervisors and internal trainers
5.    Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and instructors
6.    Conduct Orientation sessions for new hires.
7.    Coordinate On-Job-Training with respective department heads to ensure training plan is implemented
8.    Monitor and implement training and development activities to conform with the annual Training calendar and HQ Training Requirements
9.    Support in audit activities for Training and Development
10.    Maintain all training records and filing system
11.    Monitoring and preparing payment and HRDF documentation and submission
12.    To assist in any other HR tasks / special projects as assigned by the superior & Dept. Manager
