Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Petaling Jaya
Job Type: Full-Time
Coverage: HQ (PJ) and another 1 branch

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage a wide range of HR functions, particularly in supporting a workforce that includes blue-collar employees and foreign workers. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, statutory contributions, recruitment, and onboarding activities across two branches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in local labor laws, and experienced in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compliance:
-Handle end-to-end payroll processing for both local and foreign employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness (blue collar & white colar).
-Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
-Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure compliance with Malaysia’s labor and tax regulations.

Employee Management:
-Manage HR matters related to blue-collar and foreign workers, including work permits, accommodation coordination (if applicable), and contract renewals.
-Provide support and guidance on HR policies, labor regulations, and disciplinary actions.

Recruitment & Onboarding:
-Lead the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for operational and support roles.
-Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
-Liaise with manpower agencies and foreign worker agents as needed.

General HR Functions:
-Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
-Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace compliance.
-Serve as the point of contact for HR matters across 2 branch locations.
-Prepare HR reports and support audits or inspections when required.

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of HR experience, particularly handling blue-collar and foreign employees.
-Hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll and statutory submissions.
-Familiar with Malaysia’s Employment Act and foreign worker regulations.
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Willing to travel to branches when required (travel allowance provided).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software.

Work Arrangement:
-Hybrid work setup (combination of in-office and remote work).
-Based in Petaling Jaya, covering 2 company branches.
