Preferred qualifications include:
⭐ PMP (Project Management Professional)
⭐ PRINCE2 Practitioner
⭐ Agile Project Management Certification (SAFe, Scrum, AgilePM)
⭐ PMI-ACP
⭐ IPMA Level C/B/A Certification
⭐ PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)
⭐ PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)
4️⃣ Industrial Engineer – Tooling & Manufacturing Layout (3-7 years)
Preferred qualifications include:
⭐ Proven hands-on experience with tooling and factory/production-floor layout.
⭐ Experience in PCBA, semiconductor, electronics, EMS, or similar manufacturing environments.
⭐ Strong experience in: Tooling / fixture layout, Equipment layout, Production line layout, Workstation design, Material flow, Line balancing, Capacity planning
⭐ Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
⭐ Experience in SMT, DIP/THT, PCBA assembly, inspection, or testing.
⭐ Experience with cleanroom and ESD-controlled manufacturing environments.
⭐ Experience with factory simulation or digital manufacturing tools.
