📢 TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
📍 Pasir Gudang, Johor
🏢 HQ: Melaka

Kami sedang mencari Technical Assistant untuk support our technical/project team di Pasir Gudang.

Job Scope:
* Prepare & submit Client Timesheet (CTS) and Personnel Timesheet (PTS) for claims
* Compile summary Daily Progress Report (DPR)
* Prepare monthly Technician Allocation
* Compile & maintain project/team records and documentation
* Compile Customer Feedback Forms
* Provide clerical/admin support to the project team
* Assist in ensuring continuous implementation of ISO 9001:2015
* Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Must be currently based in Pasir Gudang or nearby area
✔️ Good in Microsoft Excel & Word
✔️ Organised, detail-oriented & boleh handle documentation dengan baik
✔️ Able to work independently and coordinate with the team
✔️ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Kalau ada experience/exposure dalam Oil & Gas, NDT atau technical/project administration, lagi bagus! 🙌🏻
