 We're Hiring: Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer

We're looking for a fresh graduate to join our IT team as a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer. If you're passionate about networks, systems, and solving tech problems, this could be your first step into a great IT career.
Locations: Kuala Lumpur & Cyberjaya

What You'll Do:
Manage DNS, DHCP, network services, and IP allocation; administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings; install and maintain desktops, laptops, and shared network resources; provide Level 1 & 2 IT support for hardware, software, Windows, and Microsoft 365; troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, and system issues; support Outlook, Office 365, MFA, and mailbox setups; assist with website, domain, DNS, and SSL certificate monitoring and renewals; handle system monitoring, backups, and patch management; maintain IT documentation and asset records; and provide on-site support at our data centres in KL and Cyberjaya.

What We're Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; basic hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux, DNS, DHCP, networking, and Microsoft 365; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset; a proactive, independent worker who's eager to learn; and a valid Malaysian driving licence with own car (regular travel between KL and Cyberjaya data centres required).
