We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, product handling and order fulfilment within the Food & FMCG environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📦 Oversee daily warehouse operations — receiving, storage, inventory & dispatch
🔄 Implement FIFO/FEFO and ensure proper stock rotation
❄️ Manage handling & storage of perishable goods and cold chain requirements
📊 Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, wastage & warehouse KPIs
🚚 Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
👥 Lead, supervise & develop warehouse teams, including local & foreign workers
🦺 Ensure warehouse safety, hygiene, cleanliness & compliance
📈 Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field
💼 3–5 years of warehouse management experience specifically within Food & FMCG
❄️ Hands-on experience handling perishable goods & cold chain operations
🔄 Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO & inventory control
👥 Proven experience managing warehouse teams
📊 Experience with inventory reporting, stock reconciliation & warehouse KPIs
🧠 Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
📍 Willing to be based in Simpang Ampat, Penang / relocate to Penang
