🛒 PURCHASING MANAGER – FOOD & FMCG
📍 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Key Responsibilities
• Lead purchasing and procurement activities
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing and delivery
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
• Lead and develop the purchasing team
• Drive cost optimisation and process improvements
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or related
💼 Proven purchasing/procurement experience within Food & FMCG
🤝 Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
📊 Good understanding of inventory and replenishment planning
👥 Proven team leadership experience

📦 WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER – FOOD & FMCG
📍 Simpang Ampat, Penang

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory and dispatch
• Manage FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation and product shelf life
• Ensure proper handling of perishable goods and cold chain requirements
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, wastage and warehouse KPIs
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Lead and develop warehouse teams, including local and foreign workers
• Ensure warehouse safety, hygiene, cleanliness and compliance
• Drive warehouse efficiency and continuous improvement
Requirements
🎓 Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field
💼 3–5 years of warehouse management experience within Food & FMCG
❄️ Hands-on experience with perishable goods & cold chain operations
🔄 Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and inventory control
👥 Proven warehouse team management experience
⚠️ Relevant Food & FMCG industry experience is a key requirement for both positions.
