Position: Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Seksyen 33, Shah Alam, Selangor
We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our growing team.

Job Purpose
To develop and execute marketing strategies, manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the company’s sales growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve company sales objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Prepare company profiles, product presentations, quotations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, and other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings, business events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
• Prepare regular marketing and sales reports for Management.
• Support Management in developing new markets, products, and business strategies.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time..

Requirements
✅ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
✅ Experience in B2B, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
✅ Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
✅ Possess a valid driving license.
✅ Willing to travel when required.
✅ Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
