Hi! We are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team Chery Malaysia. at the Shah Alam Plant (Seksyen 22).

If you are a financial strategist with a strong background in manufacturing cost control and operational reporting, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Cost Accounting
- Manage, review, and analyze vehicle manufacturing costs, material, labor, and overheads.
- Conduct standard vs. actual cost analyses, production variances, and BOM costing.
- Analyze cost-per-unit metrics and lead cost- reduction and productivity-improvement initiatives.
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, general ledger, AP, inventory, and accruals.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and coordinate external audit processes.
- Conduct mid-year and year-end stock counts.
- Develop SOPs to strengthen financial processes, mitigate risks, and support cross-functional teams.

Requirements❗️❗️
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (manufacturing background preferred).
Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in both SAP and Excel (essential).

Availability: Able to onboard by September 2026.
