Business Analyst

 Urgent Hiring – Business Analyst (Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Position: Business Analyst (Open to fresh local Chinese candidates or preferred with BA experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops or interviews to gather, validate, and document business requirements.

Analyze and model business processes, identifying improvement opportunities.

Assess risks, benefits, and business impacts of proposed solutions.

Support project transition, change control, and cost estimation activities.

Communicate project progress, issues, and updates with stakeholders.

Simplify technical information for better understanding across teams.

Support the delivery team in solution implementation and testing.

Provide guidance and training to team members.

Job Requirements:

Experience as a PM, BA Lead, or in a similar role within the insurance IT industry is advantage but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin.

Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and learning ability.

Able to work under pressure and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in insurance, finance, or others related fields.

Experience as a Product Manager is an advantage.

Proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
