Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive enterprise risk management and strengthen internal controls.
- Champion a culture of integrity, ethics, and regulatory excellence.
- Advise senior leadership on governance and compliance matters.

2. Assistant Manager / Manager, Investigation
Preferred Background: Legal
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into misconduct, fraud, and governance-related matters.
- Gather, analyse, and evaluate evidence to support findings.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with practical recommendations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to uphold compliance and organisational integrity.
- Support continuous improvements in governance and investigative practices.
