Job Description
RD Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in construction and site management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve site issues promptly.
- Review technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
- Carry out site setting-out, leveling, and surveying works.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in material selection and requisition.
- Monitor quality control, workplace safety, and health compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports.
- 
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Able to start work immediately.
