What You'll Do
✔️ Lead and drive the company's Quality Assurance strategy
✔️ Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements
✔️ Oversee quality systems from incoming materials to final product delivery
✔️ Drive audits, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma initiatives
✔️ Partner with customers, auditors, and cross-functional teams to achieve world-class quality standards
✔️ Develop and mentor a high-performing Quality Assurance team
What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field
✅ Strong leadership experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
✅ Sound knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies
