We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join Allseas Marine Contractors Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (AMM) as an HR Consultant (Full-Time) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What You'll Be Doing:
As the HR Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, supporting a wide range of HR activities including:
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Workforce Planning & Retention Strategies
- HR Analytics & Data-Driven Insights
- Compliance with Malaysian Employment Legislation
- Continuous Improvement of HR Processes & Practices

What We're Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a Generalist, HR Business Partner,
or HR Consultant role
🔹 Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices
🔹 Experience in multinational engineering, offshore, maritime, oil & gas, construction, or technical environments is an advantage
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
