Position: Health & Safety Officer
Location: Butterworth
Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards.

Key responsibilities:
Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures
Conduct risk assessments and site safety inspections
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations
Provide safety training and awareness to staff and workers
Maintain safety documentation and reporting
Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites
Ensure compliance with NEBOSH and relevant safety standards

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
NEBOSH certification or equivalent (required/strong advantage)
Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health and EHS compliance
Experience in construction industry is an advantage
Good communication and training skills
Ability to assess risks and implement corrective actions
