At Mah Sing Group, we believe that great employee experiences create great workplaces. We're looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, internal communications, people analytics, and creating meaningful experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.

📍 Location: Wisma Mah Sing, Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Mah Sing's MLife employee experience strategy and engagement initiatives.
• Drive employee listening programmes, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and action planning.
• Manage internal communications, leadership messaging, and Company Townhalls.
• Develop employee experience dashboards and provide people analytics to support business decisions.
• Enhance the new employee onboarding journey, orientation programme, and employee experience touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on Talent Management initiatives.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
✔ Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, or Talent Management.
✔ Proven experience managing employee engagement surveys and organisation-wide engagement initiatives.
✔ Strong analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
✔ Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.
✔ Experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage.
