 🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Engineer – Customer Service Quality
📍 HICOM Diecastings Sdn. Bhd. | Section 27, Shah Alam Selangor

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain and update Control Plan, PFMEA, and Process Flow Chart (PFC) to ensure compliance with process changes and customer requirements.
🔹 Support customer quality submissions including SPC, PIS, First Article (FA), and inspection data preparation.
🔹 Manage quality documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Inspection Check Sheets.
🔹 Support handling of customer complaints, quality incidents, containment actions, and corrective improvements.
🔹 Assist in ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 audits, including customer and third-party certification audits.
🔹 Conduct quality-related training and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:
🎓 Diploma in Engineering / Quality Management / related field with minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Management or equivalent; OR
🎓 Degree holder in Engineering or related field with less than 1 year experience in Customer Service Quality or equivalent.
✅ Good knowledge of automotive manufacturing environment.
✅ Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and 8D Problem Solving.
✅ Knowledge in casting and machining processes will be an added advantage.
✅ Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
